Why is my dog coughing and breathing hard? Could it be heart disease?

Also Lexi coughs a lot has a hard time breathing I sent you the photos of her stomach because I read a sinking stomach usually means heart failure .ANd gray gums shows CHF . I just want your opinion by looking at the photos . This is before I sent you pictures of now on my last post. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 7 lbs

Unfortunately I cannot diagnose from a picture. If she is is coughing a lot and having a hard time breathing, then yes it can be a sign of heart disease. But it could also be due a respiratory infection. Lexi's belly doesn't look abnormal to me in the picture, and her gums looked pale pink in the other photo, which is normal. I'd have her seen by a vet.
