My dog ate a nectarine pit. It hasn't passed. Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male

My french bulldog swallowed a nectarine pit on thursday (today is saturday). We called the vet but she said just watch my buddy. He seems active, happy just as always, and we are checking his poops, but the pit hasn't showed yet. Should we be concerned if he seems normal?

If there are no signs of distress, abdominal discomfort, lethargy, inappetence, vomiting, diarrhoea or straining to defecate, I would not be worried about it as it is likely to pass through the whole intestine.
