My dog has painful boils on skin folds. What to do without a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 65 lbs

Hello, my dog has developed painful boils on the folds of his skin on his back and between his toes, we cant afford a vet visit. We are really concerend is there any advice you can help us with?

It is a good idea to keep Goldie's feet clean and dry and place an Elizabethan (cone) collar on him to keep him from licking and chewing and making the irritated area worse, however if the boils are painful, look infected, worsening, or not healing they need to be treated by a vet in person.
