Why is my dog tripping, losing balance, and falling when shaking head?

This entire past week I noticed my dog tripping over her own feet, losing balance and even falling over when she shakes her head. What is going on? I didn’t think anything of it at first but it’s been an entire week like this. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 32 lbs

Hello, It sounds like Taisie is experiencing some neurologic abnormalities. It is hard to say without physically examining her what the problem is, but some possibilities are spinal pain, a herniated disc, vestibular (inner ear) infection or disease, or a brain tumor. Any of these issues could cause drastic changes in balance and falling, but the treatment for each one would be very different. I would recommend taking Taisie into her veterinarian to be examined.
