Why is my dog's stomach loud and he won't eat but he drank water?

Buster is a 9 year old Shepard husky and his stomach is making loud noises and won’t eat dinner tonight. He did poop and drank water. I’m staying with my gf who just took out all the water of her pool in the backyard and he eats grass. Not sure if this is related. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 9 years and 5 months old | 110 lbs

It could be related, Buster could be nauseous. Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he refuses to eat the bland diet, vomits the bland diet, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, develops diarrhea, or becomes very lethargic, have him seen by a vet.
