My dog's yellow runny diarrhea isn't improving with meds and diet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 31 lbs

She has been on and off again having diarrhea. Took her the vet and they put her on meds. She's been on a strick chicken and rice diet. Diarrhea is yellowish runnie and you can see the rice. She's on tylan powder and probiotics.

If tylan is not effective in the next 4 days I would recommend to switch to metronidazole and give panacur (commercial name of the worming treatment) to make sure any kind of parasite and bacteria infections are covered. Please discuss all these options with your local vet depending on their suspicion and possible differential diagnosis.
