Are matts close to the skin dangerous to my cat's health? I have tried to comb out and the 2 are not growing out. I can't afford a groomer. On his belly. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 12 lbs

Matts close to the skin can lead to skin infection and can be painful if they pull on the skin.
