My Doberman has a bulging vein on his side. Should I be concerned?

One of reggie’s (Doberman’s) veins is sticking out his side the last few days.. Is this something to worry about? Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | unneutered

Are you talking about the veins on the side of his legs? Those appear normal for his breed and its nothing to worry about. The line on his left side along his ribs is harder to tell what is going on there. There's not a vein, per se, that would be there to be prominent normally. Does the skin appear normal in this line? Is he acting normally? If he's acting ok, make an appointment to get it checked out but its not an emergency. Thank you for asking Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
