My French Bulldog has sores on his belly and private parts. What is it?

My 7 month frenchie has these sores on his belly and genital area, what could it be? He licks what he can reach but other than that it doesn’t seem to bother him. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 12 days old | 20 lbs
