Why is my cat meowing loudly, shaking, and drooling after UTI meds?

So we had out cat just checked because we thought she had a uti and gave us medicine. But now she meow very load then starts shaking a little and drools. What do you think could be wrong. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

It sounds like she could be in pain, it could also be related to a kidney disease. you need to take her back to your vet in order to get it checked and treated, she will likely need a blood test as well.
