Alexander is a handsome guy! If he is otherwise acting healthy, this is not really cause for concern. Is he eating normally? If he is showing any other symptoms, or if you suspect a wound in his mouth, take him to your vet. However usually a wound or infection in the mouth results in more of a foul odor.
