My pregnant dog is not eating, sleeping, and leaking fluid. Is this normal?

My dog is 3 weeks pregnant and the last 3 days won’t eat anything she is drinking water. All she wants to do is sleep and she is leaking a yellowish colored fluid. Is this normal. Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Female | unspayed | 60 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Tia. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian as her behavior not normal. She will be examined and an ultrasound may be performed to assess the puppies. However, they may be hard to see this early in gestation. I hope this information helps!
