Why does my dog yelp, shake, and limp suddenly while sleeping?

The last couple of nights and sometimes during the days she will be laying down sleeping then randomly will let out a huge yelp and start shaking then she limps on her front left paw, what is going on? She a cancer removed from her right but it’s hasn't come back. Pet's info: Dog | Dutch Shepherd | Female | spayed

I recommend to get this checked out. It's possible the cancer has spread internally to her nerves. Something unrelated to cancer like a pinched nerve or compressed disc cold also be to blame. Since she can't talk and tell you what's wrong, it's best to play it safe.
