I am sorry that your Budgie is ill. The squeaking noises can be a sign or a respiratory infection, mouth infection or even a seed in the windpipe. This is something that needs to be seen by the vet right away! I would keep the bird quiet and unstressed until they see a vet- minimize handling.

    Vocalization such as squeaking, chriping etc is very normal in birds, and can be considered a sign that they're content. Parakeets may even try to talk to you if you talk to them enough! Unless you are seeing signs of illness such as ruffled feathers, rapid or labored breathing, not eating or drinking, listless behavior, or appearing in distress/pain, I wouldn't worry.
