Dog has runny nose, fever, fast breathing. Vet treatment didn't work.

My dog is suffering from runny nose, fever and fast breathing from last 3 days I already consult a veterinarian but unfortunately he was unable to treat the runny nose and breathing problems. He gave me homeopathic medicine (aconite) but that is not upto the mark please help. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 year and 2 months old | 76 lbs

I'm sorry Caesar isn't well. Homeopathic medicine really doesn't work, so I'm not surprise the medicine isn't help. I would have him seen by another vet in your area who can give him prescription medication to help with his symptoms.
