My dog wakes me up early for hours of belly rubs. How can I stop it?

When I’m asleep she will wake up early in the morning and then crawl under me and ask for a belly rub but she does it consistently for 2-3 hours. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 6 months old

I can imagine that would be frustrating. The best advice I have is to take her for a long walk before bedtime, so that she is a bit more worn out. This may help her sleep better and not bother you as much.
