My dog ate grass and is nauseous. Should I feed her or is it kidneys?

My dog ate grass just now but hasn't vomited.i think she ate to stop her nausea.should she b given food now or be skipped for evening??can this b associated with kidney problem?how to know if she has some kidney problem in early stage coz she was given antibiotics for 10 days CEFUROXIME AXETIL 500mg.she would often vomit white foam n cough also.

Hello. I would feed Chutki at least a little because an empty stomach can be more apt to continue to cause nausea. Kidney disease can result in nausea, but so can a lot of things. The most reliable way to identify if there is any problem with the kidneys, we would need to do some blood work looking specifically at blood urea nitrogen, creatinine & phosphorous levels. A newer enzyme assay called SDMA has been very helpful in identifying very early cases of kidney failure.
