My ginger cat has a freckle-like bump on his lip. Should I worry?

My cat is a ginger boy almost one year old and his freckles are appearing but now when I touched a small dot on his lip it was a bump like one. Can this be a problem? Its not big or he has a problem with it but Im just a worried cat parent. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 11 months and 29 days old

A photo may be helpful for us to better advise you. If it doesn't seem to be bothering him and is just slightly raised, its reasonable to just keep an eye on it and ask your vet next time you are in for an annual exam.
