Hi my Labrador suffers terribly from seasonal allergies Ear infections and itching a lot though summer, always given Benadryl when it’s extremely flared up as my vet suggested I do. After reading the lists of potential poisonous things I’m so shocked I’ve brought the issue of Xylitol up on many occasions with the vet only to be mocked for being so “dramatic“ I was beginning to loose faith Any recommendations for the ear infection flare up would be greatly appreciated Thank you. That is a terrible eay to feel! Apoquel and Cytopoint are two newer veterinary drugs that can help to mange seasonal allergies if that is the case.
