Is my dog's vaginal discharge and eye goop normal after antibiotics?

Is it normal for my dog to have a yellow-greenish discharge coming out of her vagina, plus goop coming out of her eyes, she was on Cephelexen for ten days and while she was on it no symptoms occurred, she’s about four days off of Cephelexen and symptoms have came back. She also often tries to eat her poop. I had recently purchased her from The Humane Society and took her for a free exam at the vets and they said if symptoms occur again then to come back. I do recommend to have Kuma re-examined as well. Some discharge is normal and this does vary from dog to dog. From the photo, this looks excessive but again, it's hard to say if this is normal or abnormal at this time. Have the vet look at a sample under the microscope to check for excessive bacteria which could indicate a vaginitis. Supplementing with probiotics (I recommend Purina's Forti-Flora) and feeding a diet that also promotes healthy bacterial populations (I recommend Royal Canin) may also help to keep high amounts of beneficial bacteria.
