Is it bad for my dog to hold pee for 9-12 hours while I'm at work?

My dogs name is lily and she’s 4. She is currently healthy and no health problems. I have to leave her when I go to work and I have to leave her for 9 hours minimum and 2 or 3 times a week I have to leave her for 12 hours. Will she be ok t leave her for that long without her being able to go to the bathroom? Like will it long term cause problems? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 60 lbs

That's too long for Lily to hold her bladder, and that can cause problems like making her more susceptible to UTIs. I would hire someone to come and let her out once during the 9 hour days and twice during the 12 hour days.
