Will my dog always have coccidia, or can stress bring it back?

Once a pup has coccidia will it always live in them? If they become stressed will it come back throughout their life during times of stress? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 2 months and 24 days old

With treatment, most pets will clear coccidia from their intestines. I recommend to have Bailey checked for coccidia by his veterinarian. Also keep in mind there are two primary species of coccidia and only one affects dogs. I hope this and please feel free to post any additional questions.
