Swollen eye brow and swollen snout. Eye brow swelling changes from left side to right side and back. Dog became very hyper and snapping out of no where. She won't let us touch her ears. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 8 months and 27 days old | 15 lbs

That doesn't sound good, and it tells me that Sadie is painful if she won't let you touch her ears and is snapping. It could be she has a dental problem, is experiencing an allergic reaction, and has an ear infection. I'd take her into a vet asap to get this diagnosed and treated.
