Why does my dog have a soft lump on her belly with a yellow rash?

Dog has a lump on her stomach (might just be a lymph node though) however some skin discolouration (yellow ish) like a rash over it. Lump is not tough.

That is certainly in the area where the inguinal lymph node lies. The red area there looks like a possible tick bite dermatitis. I would recommend starting with antihistamines and let your vet take a look at this area. If your pet also has a fever, then a course of antibiotics should be considered in case there is an infectious component here. A tick titer may also be considered if your pet is exposed to ticks and not on prevention. I hope that your pet's skin issue resolves soon! Best wishes and take care.
