My dog shook his head, drooled, and ate grass. Is he having a seizure?

Hi! My dog was playing in the backyard and all of a sudden start shaking his head multiple times with a little bit of drool (possibly foam) coming out of his mouth - hardly any, but a little. He was running/zoomie-ing right after and not acting weird otherwise but of course when you google those things it says “your dog may be having a seizure” so hoping to get some peace of mind. He was eating some grass in the yard but didn’t get into anything else. Please let me know what you think! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 18 lbs

It could be Bernie was a bit nauseous, and that's why he was eating the grass and had the drool from his mouth. Based on your description, it didn't sound like a sexier. If he's fine now, I'd just keep an eye on him.
