What's causing my dog's red bumps? Will a vet visit be expensive?

Hi there. Based on what I can see in the photos, it looks like she has some raised red bumps on her chest and abdomen. Symptoms like this are often caused by a skin allergy of some kind, but could also be due to fleas, a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or skin mites (mange). I would recommend taking Hope to the vet for an exam. He/she can do some simple skin tests if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it. There is no reason that this visit should cost thousands of dollars, so no need worry about that. :)
