Wondering if I should be concerned with these 2 growths? Thought they were skin tags but they have grown. Cat doesn't show signs of pain, keeps knicking them with his claws when he scratches though

Hi. These appear to be sebaceous like masses which are benign. They can get irritated and get knicked and scratched, and ooze, but usually they are not a problem. I cant say for sure that this is what they are without a full exam and sampling them, but that would be the most obvious with how they look
