Hello Doctors! Please help me with my cat. What’s going on with him? What should I do? This is the result of blood test. Thank you. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 2 months old | 15 lbs

BUN and creatinine are elevated which may mean that there is a kidney failure going on (Urine specific gravity should be tested ideally to check if the kidneys are able to concentrate the urine). Amylase is moderately elevated as well and could suggest an inflammation of the pancreas.
