Parrotlet suddenly weak, can't fly, bald spot. What should I do?

Hi, i have a pacific green parrotlet and he's acting different im not sure what it is it may be plucking im not sure he has a bald spot on his right thigh and hes less active and cant fly or is too weak to fly im not sure what it can be but yesterday he was fine during the day and right now hes not

Thanks for reaching out about Jimmy. If weak, then a veterinary visit is recommended as soon as possible. Provide heat support in the 80-85 F range. Removed perches and place a comfortable towel on the bottom on which to stand. Ensure that food and water are within reach. See a veterinarian. Good luck.
