My nursing cat has an open neck wound. Is it infected? What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 22 years and 7 months old

Nursing cat hS open wound on neck. Piss initially leaked. None now.no smell but wet with clear fluid. What if Nothing can be done when nursing 1 am old kitchens happily. Eating Be drinking urinTing Me pooing. Bathing in saline solution.advice Inc drugs names please thank you

You need to have Princess treated by a vet for it. If there was pus, it's infected and that means she needs antibiotics which you cannot get over the counter. Please take her and her kittens into a vet first thing in the morning.
