Why is my senior dog anxious, in pain, shaking, and refusing to eat?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 6 years old | 15 lbs

Hello, my dog is a chihuahua mixed with poodle. He is about 7/8 years old.He recently started feeling very anxious and in pain. He lays down but keeps his lower body and tail off of the floor. He doesn’t want to eat his regular dog food but he will eat oatmeal. He drinks water, not as much, but he still drinks a tiny bit. He shakes whenever he is being held and cried when we touch his lower stomach. He hasn’t committed or had any concerning bowel movements.

I'm wondering if Lobo could have a prostate problem causing him pain, as those can be common in unneutered dogs. He certainly sounds uncomfortable, so I'd have him checked out by a vet in the morning.
