My dog's paw is red, swollen, and she keeps licking it. Is it urgent?

Dog started licking her paw 2 days ago. Red and inflamed. Put an E collar to prevent more licking. Can't see the vet till tomorrow. Swelling has spread to the wrist. Is this emergent? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 7 months old | 65 lbs

It is certainly abnormal. If Lola is eating and drinking normally and has a normal activity level, it could probably wait until the morning. But since I can't do an examination, I can't tell you for sure or not that it is emergent. You will have to use your best judgement.
