My senior dog sleeps more and hides to nap. Should I be worried?

Our Australia terrier will be thirteen and all he does is eat n sleep . He played with his toys all last year finding his favorite wanting us to play with him. He still can jump up and sleep in bed but lately he prefers under the bed or bathroom to nap? Should we be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Kelpie | Male | neutered | 11 years and 10 months old | 18 lbs
