Can I safely break a Simplica flea pill in half for my small dog?

I have a simplica flea pill for dogs 22-40 pounds could I break it in half and give to my dog that's almost 15 pounds. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 26 days old

I don't recommend breaking these pills in half. Due to the manufacturing process, we can't guarantee that the drug is evenly distributed in the pill. So by giving half, you could be giving all or none of the active ingredients. It would be best to have the appropriate prescription for Rose.
