My dog has a spreading skin rash. What could it be and how to help?

Hi, my 5 year old pit bull was bit by something or has some kind of rash. We were at the vet in June and all his blood and urine was fine. This started about a month ago, with one spot but it seems to be spreading. Does this look like something you’ve seen before? How should we proceed to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 4 years and 9 months old | 50 lbs
