Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 10 lbs
My male cat is often eating all of his food in one sitting as well as getting into our food that happens to be left out on the counters or elsewhere (i.e. bread, marshmallows!). He also sometimes licks his food bowl as if he is starving, should I bring him into my local veterinarian?

Hi. Yes, if he is acting hungry despite getting enough food, I would take him in for an exam, labwork and a fecal test to make sure all is normal. In addition, make sure you are feeding a high quality food such as Science diet, royal canin, Iams, or purina.
