My puppy has 2 lesions on his head and hasn’t been cut or near anything to hurt him. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 4 days old | 7 lbs

Poor Milo. I would gently clean them with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep the wounds clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. Best of luck.
