My cat has diarrhea. Is it stress because her friend isn't here?

My cat poppy has had diarrhoea since my other cat lolly hasnt been around she doesn't seem her self and I'm questioning myself weather or not its to do with lolly no being around can you help. Pet's info: Cat | British Longhair | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 8 days old

Diarrhea can be due to stress however, in a young cat/kitten the most likely reason for diarrhea is intestinal parasites (worms). I suggest you have a fecal test done at your vet's office to check her for worms.
