My dog is throwing up and won't eat. Should I take him to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | neutered | 9 years and 6 months old

Hi there i have a Lhasa Apso dog. He is called Jojo and is 8 years old. He isn’t himself. He hasn’t eaten anything since Wednesday night. We have got him to drink a very small amount. He has been sick several times yesterday and today. There are road works going on outside the house so we thought maybe is has stressed him. What do you think? Should we go to the VETS? Many thanks Lizzy

I think you should go to the vet. Vomiting or absent appetite that lasts longer than 24 hours should be evaluated by a vet. The vet will do an examination and discus Jojo’s medical history to determine which diagnostics may be needed.
