My puppy barks at the TV, even when off. How to fix this behavior?

Our puppy(20weeks, male, maltipoo) will bark at whatever on the TV. We tried to mute the TV, but he was still barking. He even sometimes barks at the black TV when it is turned off. What can we do to improve his behavior? It is frustrating that we can not use TV normally as before. Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Maltipoo | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 21 days old | 6.8 lbs

However, you can improve this quicker by discouraging this behavior as much as possible and staying consistent.
