Why is my 3-month-old kitten sleeping a lot and meowing hoarsely?

My 3 months old cat is sleeping a lot and his meowing is a bit hoarse.. His litter and eating habits are all normal. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 21 days old

If he is otherwise doing well, he is likely fine and this is not anything important. However, if he develops any other symptoms such as lethargy, inappetence, vomiting or diarrhea, have him evaluated by a veterinarian. Best of luck!
