My dachshund has bloody vomit and diarrhea. What's the cause?

hello , i have a 3 year old female dachshund. from yesterday she began to vomit and diarrhea. i noticed blood in hers vomit. i attached a photo from her blood test, this test is for today afternoon. please guide me if you notice anything from the condition i described and her blood test. i am too worried :(

The most striking abnormality is the low platelet count which can lead to spontaneous bleeding. Immunomediated thrombocytopenia is possible at this stage and more tests are needed to know if it is primary or secondary. Transfusion of blood products or whole blood may be considered. I would recommend to take her back immediately to your local veterinarian and discuss further investigations.
