There may be vegetable bits inside and any food that could turn the stomach content into green color. Such a liquid and profuse vomiting is quite concerning, A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed. Poor Charlie! I'm sorry to hear that he's sick. If he's been vomiting and not eating well for four days now (even if he was feeling better for a short time yesterday), he really needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. This sounds like a serious problem, and is not something that can be treated with home remedies. I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic today to be seen. The veterinarian there can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help determine what is causing his symptoms, and will get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found. If you're not sure where to go, try calling your regular vet's office - their voicemail message should have contact information for your nearest ER or an on-call doctor for emergencies.

Hi, and thanks for your question. As a first approach, I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitely recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.
