My dog has a strange lump on his nose after playing. Should I worry?

I let my dog out to pee and play on the backyard and he came back a few hours later with this on his nose? Its hard in the middle and soft on the edges, i can move it slightly and he doesnt seem to be in any pain. Should i be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 4 months old | 20 lbs

Dutch may have injured his nose. I'd keep an eye on it tonight and if it doesn't go away, gets bigger, or starts to bother him, have him seen by a vet. If it affects his breathing, get him into a vet immediately.
