My dog is 7 and suddenly can't walk. Could it be vestibular disease?

My dog is seven and all of sudden gotten up and can nearly walk she is so long almost as if she’s drunk. She is mentally there and fine such as barking wagging her tail and peeking up if she hears a noise we were thinking vestibular syndrome please give your input.
