My pet is 5 weeks old... He have some green pimple or mole type thing in his belly...Is this a serious problem? Pet's info: Dog | German Spitz | Male | 7 months and 18 days old | 2.8 lbs

It's hard to say without a picture. Puppies can often get small, pimple-like spots on their belly. They are related to changing hormones and go away on their own. To be sure, though, PIplo should be examined by a vet.
