Picky dog won't eat kibble. Is homemade chicken and tuna balanced?

I have continued to try Sophie on various wet dog foods but she is very picky and does not want much. She wont eat any dry food at all unless its a few kibbles here and there. I have began to feed her cooked sweet potato and boneless chicken 1 time a day. I will switch the sweet potato out with brown rice and substitute tuna for the chicken. I want to know is this ok permanently and will she suffer in any way. She has no problems on this diet. Poop seems normal. Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 13 lbs
