Hi I rescued a wild babh rabbit its a cottontail rabbit he is probably 3 weeks or 4. It’s too small. So he is will me since last Thursday and today he started to poop bad is not diarrhea yet , I’m feeding him with kitten milk sone romaine lettuce and alphalfa hay so i don’t know what happened

Thanks for reaching out about your rabbit. It is not a kitten and kitten replacer often causes gastrointestinal upset. A veterinary clinic or wildlife rehabilitation society should be contacted as soon as possible for assistance. Try to keep water intact high to stave off dehydration. Clean the rectal area and remove feces to prevent re-ingestion. good luck.
