Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 4 months old

Hi,we are doing some remodeling and repair at home now and my cat have stepped without being noticed on adhesive, that is waterproof and forms hard, strong white material.I noticed it later when I was hugging him that his paw pads are covered with white adhesive and unfortunately it's already dried and hard.Is there any safe way to remove it from his paws or should I wait for it to fall by itself,I'm concerned about that he will licks his paws and may consume some of the adhesive?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could be serious and he should be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. They would be able to evaluate this further and determine what would be the safest way to get it off. How to get it off depends on the chemicals of the product which they would know with you providing that information and also based on the extent of the damage. Best of luck!
