My 6-month-old puppy suddenly can't move. Is she paralyzed?

This 6 month old puppy suddenly can't move it's 4legs. We don't know what happened to her. But she can move her head and wag its tail . But can't move it's body. What's your conclusion please

There could be lots of causes for this, including severe anemia or heart or lung disease causing profuse weakness, tick paralysis, neurologic disease, etc. I can't make a diagnosis without examining the puppy, so I would recommend that you have it evaluated by a vet for possible treatment options.
